Taken together, all the results support that ADAM10 physically interacts with EphA3/ephrin-A5 complex, triggers dissociation of ephrin-A5 from EphA3 and the release of ephrin-A5 out of the PCa cells, relieves the inhibitory effect of ephrin-A5 on EphA3 and promotes metastasis in PCa. Here, ADAM10 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
