Subsequently, we detected the ephrin-A5 content in the serum of nude mice and found that the overexpression of ADAM10 could significantly increase the level of serum ephrin-A5, while it was significantly decreased after the elimination of ADAM10 (Fig. 6D), suggesting that serum ephrin-A5 may be a potential PCa marker. Here, ADAM10 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
