It was found that only miR-107 was differentially expressed in the two cell lines and that the expression of miR-107 in highly metastatic MDA-MB-231 cells was lower than that in MCF-7 cells with migration ability (Fig. 3c, P < 0.001), indicating that miR-107 may regulate NEDD9 in BC cells. Here, NEDD9 is linked to breast cancer.
