Strikingly, among the biomarkers examined, CD19, followed by CD68 and CD8, were the most co-stained markers with THBS2 (Figure 7F, G), suggesting that THBS2 mainly impacts B cells, macrophages and CD8+ T cells within TIME, thus potentially modulating tumor immunity via interacting with these immune cells.
