This study detected the expression of CDC42 expression at admission, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years in patients with AIS and revealed that CDC42 gradually decreased from the day of admission to 3 days, then it showed an increasing trend from 3 days to 3 years in patients with AIS; additionally, CDC42 in recurrent, non-recurrent, survived, and deceased patients with AIS presented the similar longitudinal-change trend. Here, CDC42 is linked to androgen insensitivity syndrome.
