MTOR and cervical cancer: In pCCa-1 and pCCa-2 cervical cancer cells, SKI-V (10 μM, 3h) significantly suppressed phosphorylation of Akt (Ser-473) and S6K (Thr-389) (Figure 5A), indicating that SKI-V inhibited Akt-mTOR cascade activation in cervical cancer cells.
