The Kaplan-Meier survival prediction showed that a higher mRNA level of GRP75 was significantly associated with shorter OS of the mixed type, the serous cystadenocarcinoma type, and platin-treated OC patients (Fig. 3F, H, I), whereas the mRNA levels of VDAC1 and IP3R were not correlated with the survival of OC patients (Fig. S2F-I, O-R). The gene discussed is HSPA9; the disease is serous cystadenocarcinoma.
