Among 240 patients with ARDS (Supplementary Table 1), patients with DVT were older, and had longer bedridden time, higher Padua prediction scores, higher SOFA scores, lower serum creatinine levels, higher lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels, higher D-dimer levels, longer prothrombin time (PT), and lower PaO2/FiO2 ratios compared to patients without DVT (all P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene F2 and deep vein thrombosis.
