To determine whether B4GALT1 participates in RBMS1-mediated anti-tumor T-cell immunity, we first re-expressed B4GALT1 in RBMS1-depleted breast cancer cells, and found that overexpression of B4GALT1 significantly reduced the T-cell-mediated cancer cell killing in vitro in HCC1937 and MDA-MB-231 cells (Figs. 6A and S6A). Here, RBMS1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
