Domestic and foreign studies have found that one‐phase DME CYP2E1,12 two‐phase DME NAT2,13 GSTM1,14 three‐phase drug transporter ABCB1,15 immune regulatory genes HLA‐DQA1, and HLA‐DQB116 were significantly correlated with liver injury induced by anti‐tuberculosis drugs. These studies examined the contribution of genetic factors to liver injury induced by anti‐tuberculosis drugs. The gene discussed is NAT2; the disease is tuberculosis.
