The results showed that RUNX1 expression was higher in CESC, COAD, ESCA, GBM, KIRC, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), READ, STAD, thymoma (THYM), UCEC, and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) than in adjacent normal tissue samples (all P < 0.05; Fig. 2A). This evidence concerns the gene RUNX1 and uterine carcinosarcoma.
