Except for the protein content of β-F1-ATPase of OXPHOS (Fig. 2a), the amount of ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase core protein 2 (COREII) of complex III of the respiratory chain, HSP60 and of ATPase inhibitory factor 1 (IF1) increased significantly in tumor when compared to NAT (Fig. 2a).
