In order to further explore the biological role of ZNF334 in the development of liver cancer, a series of in vivo and in vitro experiments were designed to explore the function of ZNF334. The results showed that ZNF334 could significantly promote the apoptosis of liver cancer cells, inhibit the proliferation and stemness of liver cancer cells in vitro, and significantly inhibit the occurrence of tumors in the subcutaneous tumor-bearing mouse model. The gene discussed is ZNF334; the disease is neoplasm.
