As shown in Figure 4A, the results revealed that E2F1 (p = 0.0578), E2F6 (p = 0.0551), Gleason score (p = 0.0201), and tumor stage (p = 0.0065) were correlated with the disease-free survival of prostate cancer, though the p values of E2F1 and E2F6 were slightly below the cut-off for significance.
