The HNRNPA2B1 levels in different tumor samples were higher than the matching normal samples, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), LUAD, lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), rectum adenocarcinoma, and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Figures 2(a) and 2(b)). The gene discussed is HNRNPA2B1; the disease is invasive breast carcinoma.
