In this work, we have three main findings: (1) IHC markers (CK7, CK20, and SATB1) are associated with ICC tumor features (including tumor number and metastasis), which suggested that these proteins may participate in the development of ICC; (2) female ICC patients may have better postoperative survival; (3) for ICC survival, Ki67 and SATB1 are risk IHC markers, and Villin is beneficial marker. The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
