Recently, we have reported several enzymes, such as fructose-1,6-biphosphatase (FBP1), urine diphosphate-galactose ceramide galactosyltransferase (UGT8) and phospholipid scramblase 1 (PLSCR1), were tightly correlated with breast cancer aggressiveness [20–22]. The gene discussed is PLSCR1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
