On multivariable analysis, old age (hazard ratio10, 1.04, 95% CI, 1.00–1.09; P = 0.049), high BNP (HR, 1.005; 95% CI, 1.003–1.01 P < 0.001), AF (HR, 2.75; 95% CI, 1.40–5.40; P = 0.003), classic LF LG AS (HR, 5.53; 95% CI, 1.74–17.56; P = 0.004), and small aortic annulus area (cm2), [HR, 0.57; 95% CI, 0.40–0.81; P = 0.002]) were factors significantly associated with MACCE (Table 3). Here, NPPB is linked to aortic valve stenosis.
