Our results proved that miR‐769‐5p, which is highly expressed in drug‐resistant GC cells, can be transferred to recipient cells sensitive to cisplatin via exosomes by targeting the downstream caspase pathway of CASP9 inactivation and mediating the direct degradation of p53 protein by E3 ubiquitin ligase NEDD4L. This evidence concerns the gene NEDD4L and gastric cancer.
