Inhibition of p-STAT1 by Abrocitinib or knockdown of STAT2 increased viral replication (Fig 7), which is consistent with Martinez Viedma’s findings [13]-ZIKV infection upregulated the expression of STAT2 in microglia cells, and knockdown of STAT2 elevated ZIKV replication.
