PCDH8 and bacterial urinary tract infection: The distribution of these genes (papC/sfa, hlyA/cnf, iroN/fyuA, usp, and kpsMTII) if analysed along with their presence in the pathogenic phylogroups B2, D, E, and F could initiate the development of an algorithm to predict the possibility of development of symptomatic UTI in patients with ASB.
