INS and neonatal diabetes mellitus: The mutation p.L30V was first reported in a child with NDM (7) who showed a later onset (184 day-old versus 23 day-old) and a higher insulin dose (0.85 versus 0.56 U/kg/day) at the age of 30 months, compared to our case 9 (Supplementary Table 1 and Table 4).
