In our previous study, we found that the number of CD8+ T cells, B cells, neutrophils and macrophages was positively correlated with the expression of ALDH2 in PCa and that ALDH2 could regulate the immune TME and decrease the inhibition of CD8+ T-cell activation and proliferation by reducing acetaldehyde accumulation. This evidence concerns the gene ALDH2 and posterior cortical atrophy.
