CEACAM5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: In the training set, high CEA significantly correlated with sex (p=0.010), pathological TNM stage (pTNM) (p=0.006), depth of invasion (p=0.002), lymph node metastasis (p=0.011), and survival status (p<0.001) but not with age, tumor location, diameter of lesion, cancer embolism, nerve invasion, and differentiation (all p>0.05).
