SAPCD2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: SAPCD2 expression levels were elevated in 48 human breast cancer tissue samples and was positively correlated with a number of prognostic indicators including tumor size, TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis, and negatively correlated with patient survival as revealed by Kaplan-Meier analysis 29, suggesting that SAPCD2 may be a useful prognostic indicator in breast cancer 29.
