PXN-AS1-L expression levels are positively correlated with SAPCD2 expression levels 5, and both the expression levels of PXN-AS1-L and SAPCD2 are negatively associated with mean overall survival of NPC patients 5, supporting the clinical significance of the regulatory interaction of PXN-AS1-L with SAPCD2. This evidence concerns the gene SAPCD2 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
