In primary gliomas, the probability of survival was higher in the TUBA1C low expression group than in the TUBA1C high expression group in all WHO grades (Fig. 14L, p < 0.0001) and in the WHO grade II (Fig. 14N, p = 0.032), WHO grade III (Fig. 14P, p = 0.032) and WHO grade IV (Fig. 14R, p = 0.017) subclassifications. This evidence concerns the gene TUBA1C and central nervous system cancer.
