The agreement of Fleiss’ k between experienced pathologists and unexperienced pathologists with AChE + HE was slight versus fair (Fleiss kappa: 0.02 versus 0.34), with calretinin almost perfect versus substantial (Fleiss kappa: 0.88 versus 0.72), and with AChE + HE and calretinin both substantial (Fleiss kappa: 0.51 versus 0.68) as shown in Table 2.
