Immunohistochemical examination revealed a seminoma of the prostate, which stained immunochemically as follows: OCT4 (+) (Fig. 5), PLAP (+), SALL4 (+), CD117 (+) (Fig. 6), CD30 (−), serum alpha-fetoprotein (−), Ki67 (70%+), CAM5.2 (−), CD34 (−), SMA (−), Desmin (−), MyoD1 (−), S100 (−), GATA-3 (−), hepatocyte (−), and LCA (−). Here, POU5F1 is linked to seminoma.
