SDHC and central nervous system cancer: We also found that SDHC was significantly elevated in glioma cell lines compared to normal glial cells, so we knocked down the expression of SDHC in the U251 cell line and found that the proliferation rate of cells in the knockdown group was significantly lower compared to the untreated group, suggesting that SDHC is a poor prognostic factor that may be associated with affecting glioma proliferation (Figures 14(e)–14(i)).
