To further explore the relationship between miR-155 and Th17/Treg ratio, Wang et al. isolated CD4+ T from AP patients, overexpressed miR-155, using flow cytometry found a significant increase in the percentage of IL-17+ cells; moreover, downregulation of suppressor of cytokine signalling 1(SOCS1) expression was confirmed via WB, indicating that miR-155 promotes the production of Th17 cells and inhibits the expression of SOCS1. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and alkaline phosphatase measurement.
