Compared to healthy tissues, the mRNA level of POSTN was significantly upregulated in most cancer types, especially bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), LUSC, LUAD, stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and thyroid carcinoma (THCA).
