Specifically, we examined: 1) the utility of combining the outcomes of NS1, IgM and IgG RDTs in accurately capturing both primary and post-primary dengue infections; 2) the translatability between dengue laboratory tests and RDTs; and 3) The probability of being primary or post-primary dengue cases by every possible NS1, IgM and IgG RDT outcome at specific days of disease.
