SMARCB1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: By analyzing 29 NSCLC samples from the Baty_2010 database [23] (14 patients with high SNF5 expression and 15 with low expression), we showed that there was no significant association between high SNF5 expression and gender and age, that mortality was higher in patients with high SNF5 expression (60%) than in those with low expression (40%), and that SNF5 expression was associated with tumor grade (Table 1).
