In the present study, we investigated the anti-tumor effects of Ginsenoside CK and its related mechanism in Eca109 cell, which found that Ginsenoside CK can suppress Eca109 cell proliferation, migration, invasion, induce apoptosis and down-regulated the expression of VEGF-A, P-Pi3k, and P-Akt proteins after Ginsenoside CK intervention. Here, AKT1 is linked to neoplasm.
