Unlike our previous characterization of Mtg16–/– tumors, our data demonstrated no increase in tumor epithelial cell proliferation (Supplemental Figure 8A), a decrease (instead of increase) in tumor epithelial cell DNA damage (Supplemental Figure 8C), no difference in F4/80+ intratumor macrophages (Supplemental Figure 8E), a subtle decrease in tumor-infiltrating CD3+ T cells (Supplemental Figure 8F), and no decrease in infiltrating B220+ B cells (Supplemental Figure 8G).
