Therefore, we explored the association between STK10 expression and these ligands on the surface of AML cells, such as HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-E, PD-L1(CD274), PD-L2 and GAL-9(produced by LGALS9), etc. Among them, HLA-E, CD274 and LGALS9 were overexpressed on tumor cells (Fig. 8a, d, g) and predicted poor OS in AML (Fig. 8b, e, h). The gene discussed is STK10; the disease is neoplasm.
