We found that the mesenchymal markers N-Cadherin and Vimentin were downregulated and the epithelial marker E-Cadherin was upregulated after SRSF3 silencing in HCT-116 and SW480 cells, suggesting that the loss of SRSF3 inhibited CRC cell migration (Fig. 1F).
