The neutrophil in the BALF were identified as CD45+CD11clowLy6G+CD11b+ (Fig 2A), infection of the lung with P. aeruginosa resulted in statistically significant increase in the percentage (Fig 2B) and absolute quantities (Fig 2C) of neutrophil infiltrating the airspace in both the absence and presence of T. spiralis infection when compared to their respective controls; naïve or T. spiralis infection alone.
