In this study, based on multiple biological information databases, we used angiogenesis-related genes to perform a series of analyses such as univariate Cox analysis, cluster analysis, LASSO regression analysis, pan-cancer analysis, and multi-GSEA analysis in BRCA and successfully constructed a predictive risk model consisting of seven genes BTG1, IL18, PF4, RUNX1, SCG2, THY1, and TNFSF12, although this study still has some shortcomings. This evidence concerns the gene PF4 and cancer.
