The generalized estimating equations analysis revealed that compared with poor-quality blastocysts, good-quality blastocysts (60.00% vs. 31.64%; OR 2.900, 95% CI 2.130–3.948; P < 0.001) and average-quality blastocysts (47.98% vs. 31.64%; OR 1.828, 95% CI 1.445–2.312; P < 0.001) had significantly higher euploidy rates after adjusting for blastocyst developmental rate, maternal age, maternal BMI, duration of infertility, type of infertility, infertility diagnosis, number of prior pregnancies, indication for PGT-A and basal FSH.
