MTOR and ovarian carcinoma: Moreover, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) profiles are studied in peripheral CD4+ T cells from ovarian cancer patients (n = 5) and controls (n = 5), which identifies 5,175 DEGs in peripheral CD4+ T cells and finds that the metabolic pathway is the most significantly enriched pathway, and eight glycolysis-related DEGs (GLUT1, HIF1α, mTOR, PKM2, ENO1, GPI, PDK1, and LDHα) are significantly increased in CD4+ T cells from ovarian cancer peripheral blood [46].
