In order to investigate the potential of TERT promoter mutation status as a prognostic factor, we compared the overall survival (OS) of TERT-p mutant and wildtype gliomas using E-MTAB-3892 (Kamoun et al., 2016) dataset and a GBM cohort from a previous study (Arita et al., 2016) (Figure 1).
