Future studies are needed to identify specific phosphorylation sites of Tip60 by CK1δ/ε; Third, the CK1δ/CK1ε/β-catenin/Tip60 complex was observed in colon cancer cells, and simultaneous knockdown of CK1δ and CK1ε markedly attenuated the association of β-catenin with Tip60; Fourth, knockdown of CK1δ/ε or treatment with CK1 inhibitors downregulated the level of β-catenin acetylation at K49 in colon cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene CSNK1A1 and colonic neoplasm.
