To overcome altered CD19 expression or loss of the antigen in the treatment of pre-B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT-3)-specific CAR-NK-92 cells (NK-92/4G8.28.z) were generated by transduction of NK-92 cells with an FLT3-CD28-CD3ζ vector. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
