Interestingly, the results showed that CISD2 was moderately and positively correlated with CD8+ T cells (r = 0.498, P = 2.50e − 31) in LGG but was not significantly linked to CD8+ T cells in GBM, indicating that there was a decreased tendency of a relationship between CISD2 and CD8+ T cells during the progression of glioma (Figure 6(a)). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and central nervous system cancer.
