Using the Kaplan–Meier method and log-rank test, it was determined that B7-H3 positive staining was correlated with worse RFS in the following subgroups: tumor size ≥2 cm (p < 0.05), male (p < 0.05), age ≥55 years (p < 0.05), multifocality (p < 0.05), and ETE (p < 0.05) (Figures 4E–P).
