CD8A and neoplasm: The ssGSEA of immune cells and functions showed that, compared with the high-risk group, the low-risk group had higher levels of immune checkpoints, cytolysis, human leukocyte antigens, inflammation, T-cell co-stimulation, T-cell co-inhibition, CD8+ T cells, T helper cells, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) (Figures 7B,C).
