Figure 1c presents representative images of capillary outgrowth from T2D-AT explants after exposure to ND- (Figure 1 c-a) and T2D-CM (Figure 1 c-b) concentrations of rGROα. These results suggest that higher levels of GROα such as those secreted from T2D myotubes might contribute to the lower capillarization observed in T2D-AT [5].
