Moreover, compared with the Lipofectamine 6000 transfection, US-mediated siWISP1 transfection induced lower WISP1 content (p< 0.05, Figure 2(a,b)) and expression (p< 0.01, Figure 2(c,d)), indicating that US-mediated RNA interference targeting WISP1 had a more significant effect on inhibiting WISP1 content and expression in breast cancer cells than Lipofectamine 6000 transfection did. This evidence concerns the gene CCN4 and breast cancer.
