IL17A and familial hyperaldosteronism: Interestingly, hippocampal IL-17A contents in FH-FH rats were significantly higher than that in FH (two-sample unpaired t test, P = 0.027) and FH-SD rats (two-sample unpaired t test, P = 0.003), suggesting that FH microbiome transplantation could induce IL-17A accumulation in FH rat hippocampus while SD microbiota could not.
