The protein levels of ANTXR1, COLEC10, NCAM1, and VNN1 were significantly decreased in the moderate and severe OSA patients when compared to the non-OSA patients (Figures 9A,B,E,F); the VNN1 protein level was also higher in the severe OSA patients than in non-OSA patients (Figure 9F). This evidence concerns the gene VNN1 and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
